Turned out lights to sleep by: 1:45am
Guesstimate of when I fell asleep: 2:30am
Guesstimate of when I woke up: 8:00am
Had alarm set to: 9:00am
Got out of Bed at: 10:30am
Total Time I slept: 5 Hours and XX Minutes
I was working on one of my computers tonight at my office so I ended up staying there till about 11:00pm. By the time I got home I had more stuff to do so I stayed up doing it. Before I knew it, it was about 1:30am and I was way past my bed time. My brain was turning but I felt tired since I had gone to bed earlier the 2 nights before.
I got in bed and eventually fell alseep. I put the rain mp3 on, but I wasn’t in the mood to get relaxed so I just laid there and eventually passed out.
I woke up around 8:00am and I couldn’t fall back alseep. My brain was racing with random thoughts and I was working in my head. Around 9:30am I realized it so I tried to tell myself to actually concentrate on getting sleep but by then it was late. I laid in bed till about 10:00am and then just got up.
Bad night last night. I HATE to be strict on the time I turn off the computers and get into my relaxation mode or else it is going to be hard to get my good habits back into motion.
I did so well for the first 2+ months of this year, and now I need to get back on it!
