Total Time I slept: 3 Hours and 30 Minutes
Last night I worked till past midnight. I was making great progress and everything felt good so I decided to just keep on going. Around 1:45am I was feeling really tired so I figured I would get in bed. I received a new book today and I want to get it read within a few short days, so I stayed up to read it. By 2:45am my eyes were nearly closing and I was dead tired. I turned out the lights, but it still took me a little while to finally fall alseep.
I first woke up around 7:00am to some type of noise, maybe the people that rent upstairs? Not sure if it was them the first time, but I know they made noise the rest of the morning till at least 9:30. I finally decided around 9:30 to get ear plugs so I could try to get at least close to 1 more hour of sleep. I managed to dose off a tiny bit, but then got up around 10:40.
It is am amazingly sunny day so right when I opened the shades I started to feel better and awake, but overall I am really tired feeling today. The best thing to do is to stick to the computer turn off time every night, and i’ll be more in tune to fall asleep.
