Got out of Bed at: 9:55am
Total Time I slept: 3 Hours and XX Minutes
Last night I had a bad night of sleep. I managed to fall asleep quickly, but I woke up around 2:55am because I was hot so I pulled the covers off. I then had a really hard time falling asleep. I don’t know what it was, maybe my brain was racing? I don’t know, but I do know it was a long night of trying to sleep without much of it.
I remember feeling wide awake at times, and then feeling really tired and wishing I could sleep. I stayed i n bed a little extra in the morning hoping I would actually go into a deep sleep, but I stayed conscious and I rested, but didn’t sleep.
I need to get back to my breathing and relaxation techniques, and possibly stop reading in bed for a while so my brain relates the bed to sleep.
