Had alarm set to: 9:30am
Got out of Bed at: 10:00am
Total Time I slept: 7 Hours and 30 Minutes
I hopped in bed and read for a while. Wasn’t felling that tired when 2:00am came, but I turned out the lights anyways and fell asleep in a decent amount of time. I can’t remember if I woke up in the night, but I do recall waking up at 8:00am from my dad making some noise. I laid there will around 9:00am trying to sleep but couldn’t, and then I tried to put my ear plugs in but I wasn’t really tired enough. I laid there somewhat awake from 9:00am on till 10:00 and then got up.
I should have woken up around 8:30am I think when I first got up because now I feel drained still. I also feel a little off balance, the feeling I usually feel when I don’t get enough sleep. I have to try to get to bed earlier, and follow the rules on the weekends too.
