Guesstimate of when I woke up: 4:30am
Had alarm set to: 8:30am
Got out of Bed at: 8:55am
Total Time I slept: 3 Hours and XX Minutes
Last night I didn’t work so I started relaxing and hopped in bed to read. I turned out the lights and passed out. It never fails that I was awake at 4:30am for a reason unknown. I eventually got back to sleep but I didn’t get very rested sleep. I hopped out of bed around 7:00am and closed one of the Black out shades I had opened because too much light was coming in.
I woke up on the alarm, and reset it for a little more sleep since I am feeling a bit under the weather this morning with allergies or something (Stuffy nose).
Hope to break this waking up every morning after 3 or 4 hours of sleep and start getting more rested sleep.
