Total Time I slept: 3 Hours and 30 Minutes
I got in bed around 1:15ish and read for a good while. Wasn’t feeling really tired but turned out the lights anyways. After a while I finally fell asleep, but remember waking up as if I heard a loud noise. Not sure what it was, or if it was just a thought but I woke up more than once right when I was on the brink of sleep. I then woke up around 30 minutes after falling asleep feeling really hot. I eventually fell asleep after a while.
I then woke up around 6:00am, not sure why but got a drink. I managed to fall back asleep after that. From 8:00am and on it was spotty and I was awake and half asleep. Again, I probably should have just got up but I stayed in bed trying to get more sleep.
Last night was definitely not a great night, and i’ll hope to be off to a good start next week from Monday on.
