Got in Bed to read by: 12:30pm
Turned out lights to sleep by: 1:05am
Guesstimate of when I fell asleep: 1:50am
Guesstimate of when I woke up: 5:45am
Had alarm set to: 9:30am
Got out of Bed at: 9:50am
Total Time I slept: 4 Hours and XX Minutes
After reading for a bit I turned out the lights around 1:05am. I slept deep all the way until 5:45am when I woke up. After a while I got up for a drink of water and got back into bed. I tried to fall back asleep but it was very tough. I remember around 7:00am I got up and closed the shades so the light wasn’t coming in as strong but it didn’t seem to help. I dozed in and out of sleep and laid there till about 9:50 when I finally got up.
Not sure what it was that kept me up, but I really should be just getting up at a certain time no matter the amount of sleep I get. This way i’ll be more tired the next day and get back into a good routine.
