As I mentioned earlier this week, I have begun re-reading Mind Power into the 21st Century, and it is a great book. I used affirmation to try to get a good and solid night sleep, and it seemed to work. I told myself that I would have a restful sleep, and wake up feeling great. In the morning, I did just that. It wasn’t exact, and it did hurt a tiny bit but once I was up, I felt great and ready to conquer the day.
I stopped readying a little after midnight, and in about 40 minutes or less I was sleeping. I slept solid until at least 6:45. I don’t remember if it was later than that, but I think that was when. I then managed to dose off a tiny bit more but after around 8:30 I was pretty much up. I laid there thinking of new affirmations for the day, and am hoping my day affirmations work as well as my night ones did.
