Total Time I slept: 4 Hours and XX Minutes
Well, I was totally off track last night. My mind was racing, and I didn’t bother to try to slow it down. I stayed on the computer doing stuff, but it was healthy. As I’ve always known my mind thinks the best in the wee hours of the am, so it was cool to just stay up without letting the thought of having to go to sleep come in. This is obviously NOT a good thing to do regularly if I am trying to stick to an earlier pattern.
Tonight I am going to try to go to sleep at a more reasonable time, and wake up after about 7 or 8 hours of being in bed.
