A typical sunday night, once the night came I didn’t want to go to sleep so I stayed up, cleaned my room a bit, and surfed the net till the wee hours of the am. Around 2:00am I decided to start shutting everything down and hop in bed. I decided to keep my little fan on low to see if the white noise would help me sleep. Unfortunately I was up only a few hours after going to sleep, and I was semi-awake it a crazy daze the rest of the morning in and out of sleep. I wish I had just gotten up and turned off the fan because the noise was bothering me.
It was real hard to get out of bed in the morning and I ended up staying in bed longer than I was hoping for. I NEED to stay strong and force myself to stay on a routine, and most importantly follow my computers off by a specific time rule, and do the breathing and relaxation techniques once in bed.
